Product substitution

If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the product of equal or greater value (includes baskets, containers, enhancements, food and gift products).  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

To ensure quality and presentation, we do not ship out chocolate during the peak summer months.  We will substitute it with a product of equal value.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.  A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. 

Deposit

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on order of $500.00 or more.  Please call us for details.

Return policy

If a basket was received damaged, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund.  Please return unopened basket in its original packaging within three business days.  Opened baskets will not receive credit or refund. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned items.

Due to the fact that gift baskets are purchased for third parties, we do not offer credit, returns or exchanges after baskets have been delivered.  Furthermore, we cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange on baskets that are not to the preference of the recipient. 

Any returns need an authorized return number from Finer Things Gift Baskets.  If a refund for a gift product is necessary, we will only issue a cheque to the purchaser or to the credit card of the purchaser.
